Frequently asked questions

Short answers to what teachers, heads, and parents ask most often. The details always live in the privacy policy and the terms of service.

Do parents need accounts?

Yes — parents create an account on first visit from the link, add their child, and book a slot right away, in one session. The homeroom teacher confirms the child afterwards. Bookings and statements live in one place, and login works via an email link — no password to type. The one exception is a link to a single event: it opens those sign-ups only and creates no account.

How much does Zebrania cost?

During the pilot the system is free — no credit card, no trial period. Spots are limited, and signing up now locks in free lifetime access. Details are on the pricing page.

Does the school have to sign a data-processing agreement?

No. Parents hand information about their child directly to the homeroom teacher — the school as an institution is not a party to that exchange, so starting requires no agreement and no decision from the governing body.

Who sees the statements about my child?

Only you and the homeroom teacher you hand them to. Other parents, teachers of other classes, and any "school admin" have no access — we deliberately did not build a school-wide view of sensitive data.

What happens when two parents pick the same slot?

The slot goes to whoever clicked first. The other parent immediately sees the slot is taken and picks another — a double booking cannot happen.

Will parents get a reminder about the meeting?

Yes, automatically: a confirmation right after booking, an email reminder a day before the meeting, and an SMS an hour before. The teacher sends nothing by hand.

Can I change or withdraw a statement?

Yes, at any time and as easily as it was submitted — the same screen, one button. The homeroom teacher always sees your current position.

How do I delete my account and data?

Send a request via the "Report a problem" button in the app. Deletion is done by anonymization: the account’s personal data is permanently blanked. The privacy policy describes the details.

Is Zebrania GDPR-compliant?

The service is designed around GDPR from the start: data about a child comes from the parent and remains theirs, it reaches only the chosen homeroom teacher, and withdrawing a statement is as easy as submitting one. The full picture is in the privacy policy.

Where do I find help?

In the help center at help.zebrania.edu.pl — and when something breaks, use the "Report a problem" button in the app. We answer every report.
